SOLD — S&W Safety Hammerless .38 – 3rd Model w/ Walnut Grips

SOLD —  S&W .38 S&W 5-shot Safety Hammerless (Lemon Squeezer) 3rd Model revolver. 3-1/4″ barrel. This one has about 90% nickel finish, and some light speckling, mainly on top of the barrel. (See photos.) Very good mechanical condition with tight lock-up. Functions fine. This is a double action-only model. Bore has Very Good rifling, and moderate pitting. I’d rate it 5/10.  This should still be a good shooter. Has unusual S&W checkered wood grips with S&W medallions, most likely retrofitted in or after the 1920s. The grips show wear, but are serviceable. (# UIM-570)  Price: $625
