Black Cerakoted S&W DA .38

Freshly refinished S&W .38 S&W 5-shot exposed hammer revolver with 3-1/4″ barrel.  Serial #11439X.  Very good mechanical condition with tight lock-up. Works fine in both single action and double action modes. Matching numbers on frame, cylinder and barrel. Bore has strong rifling, but there are some pinprick pits. Has nice original S&W logo checkered gutta percha grips with fairly sharp checkering but chipped at the heel cross pin (typical) on both sides This revolver was just freshly Cerakoted in flat “Titanium Black”, but the hammer and trigger were left in their original color case-hardened finish.  This is a great-looking antique that has one foot in 19th Century and the other in the 21st Century! It would make a nice Federally exempt concealed carry revolver. (ZZFG-943)
