SOLD – Scoped Loewe Chilean 7×57 Mauser Sporter

SOLD – A dandy-looking scoped Ludwig Loewe Chilean contract 7×57 Mauser sporter.   Made in 1895.  Clearly marked “Loewe Berlin”, confirming its antique status. Very nicely sporterized. Original military stock has been altered and refinished, but is still cartouched “1895”.  Low swing safety, low swing bolt handle, and scope mount with 1″ rings. Barrel shortened to 19 inches and crowned. No iron sights. Equipped with a Simmons 3-9x variable scope. A pair of quick-detachable sling swivels are also included. Has its original military steel buttplate, but I’m including a brand new padded leather slip-on recoil pad. This is a very nice sleek-looking 7×57 sporter with an un-marred blond stock. (See photos.) This will make a great Federally-exempt deer rifle or counter-sniper rifle.  (BEL-721)  $875
