Iver-Johnson DA Nickel .32 Hammerless

An Iver Johnson Arms Co. .38 S&W nickel finish double-action hammerless (concealed hammer) pocket revolver in very good condition. This was a patent-infringing copy of the popular  S&W-made .32 revolver. It can be fired in only double-action (DA) mode. Has about 80% original dulled nickel finish on the frame and 45% original dulled nickel finish on the barrel.  The bright-blued triggerguard still has 98% finish. Very nice condition owl’s head logo black gutta percha grips.  (See photos.) The barrel roll mark reads:  “Iver Johnson’s Arms & Cycle Works.” Functions well, with fairly tight lockup on the firing stroke. The bore has some pitting, but good distinct rifling.  Serial # 4485X. (Pre-1899.) A nice functional and affordable pre-1899 pocket pistol. (PPL-808)
