Snubby S&W .38 Safety Hammerless 2nd Model with 2″ Barrel

SOLD — A Smith & Wesson .38 Safety Hammerless 2nd Model Double Action (DA) revolver. This one has a snubnose barrel length (about 2 inches), the front-sight is properly-positioned and properly pinned, and it has very nice nickel. The short barrel looks so perfect that it looks like a special-order gun.  (But I cannot guarantee that — only a factory letter would tell the tale.) It has nice condition mother of pearl grips of unknown vintage.  This would be a very practical Federally-exempt concealed carry piece!  Its serial number would indicate that it was manufactured circa 1888.  From the photos, you can see that 99% of the nickeled finish is intact!   (EERU-662)
