Ruger Old Army .44 Revolver, Stainless Steel With Pachmayr Grips — Excellent
A Ruger Old Army .44 percussion revolver, stainless steel. Excellent condition. “Post-warning” production. (It has the “Before Using Gun – Read Warnings in Instruction Manual…” rollmark.) This revover was made sometime in or after 1978. Serial number: 145-1564X. This blackpowder revolver is almost like new, but ist shows a cylinder-turn line and has some light handling marks. The nipples are in nice shape. The Pachmayr checkered black rubber grips are in very nice shape. They are not original to the gun. A target trigger shoe (removable, held by Allen set screws) has also been installed by a previous owner. Standard 7.5-inch barrel and target adjustable sights. No box. Federally exempt. No FFL required. I also have a new-in-box .45 Colt conversion cylinder available, if legal in your state. But it must be ordered separately. This model was discontinued in 2009, and they are getting scarce and collectible. (CHPL-662)
