Rare FN/FAL 30 Round Belgian Steel Magazines
A small batch of rare 1960s-vintage Belgian metric FN/FAL 30-round steel magazines. Made by FN, Herstal, Belgium for South Africa under a pre-UN arms embargo contract. Blackish-blued, with distinctive blued Belgian followers. Many of these magazines were used in the Rhodesian Bush War. These are in well-used condition, with most showing plenty of wear and scattered corrosion. (See photo.) A few of them have very minor dents that do not impede follower travel. A few of them have small residual tracess of Rhodesian camouflaging “baby poop ” paint or Zimbabwean brown paint on one side or in the grasping grooves You will be getting “luck of the draw” from the batch that is shown in the photo. At last count, I had 19 left. These are priced at $175 each, with a flat rate shipping of $15. (You pay the same $15 shipping whether you buy just one magazine, or all 19 of them.) These have been very scarce in recent years. They often sell at auctions for $200+ apiece.
