Remington Rolling Block #1 – 20 Gauge

Uncommon Remington Rolling Block #1 20 Gauge Shotgun. This is most likely a post-1900 Bannerman conversion of a returned overseas contract .43 Remington Rolling Block rifle. Has a 30″ cylinder bore (no choke) fluid steel barrel. Chamber depth is 2-1/2 inches. Finish is mostly gray patina with typical scratches. Screw heads look remarkably good. The wood is in good condition. Because this is a 130+ old gun that was not originally manufactured as a shotgun, it is being sold as a non-shooter, unless a .410 chamber insert is exclusively used.
