SOLD — Winchester M1895

SOLD — Winchester Model 1895 lever action rifle, in .30-40 Krag (Barrel is stamped. “30 U.S.” Standard rifle barrel length. This rifle is in exceptional condition for its age! Both the bluing and wood appear to be original finish. Barrel is 98% blue. Receiver is 85% blue. Buttplate shows some scratches, and is in the white. Factory original buckhorn rear sight in very nice condition. Original factory walnut stock with fairly plain straight grain. Only one large dent in stock, near buttplate, otherwise just a few minor scattered dents and scratches, with no cracks. Bore is nice with sharp rifling and deep grooves with some darkening. Passed a muzzle bullet test. Has serial # 645X, so it was made in 1895 or 1896. This rifle came from a ranch near Lewiston, Idaho. (EICL-108) Firm Price: $2,675 — SOLD
