Uncle Henry Schrade Gent’s Folding Knife

Pre-2004 U.S. Production Uncle Henry Schrade (Model#124UH) Gent’s 4” Single Blade Folding Knife. Knife comes in a partial box (outer box sleeve) with original factory papers; it’s missing its inner box. It’s attributes include dark brown and tan stag grips, nickel bolsters, and a plaque near one end of the knife that is inscribed with the words, “Uncle Henry.” Excellent choice for an all around pocket knife! Note: In July 2004, the year the company celebrated its 100th anniversary, the Schrade factory in Ellenville was closed. The Schrade name was purchased by Taylor Brands, LLC, who continue to manufacture products under the Schrade brand name as well as Old Timer, Uncle Henry, Imperial, and Smith &Wesson  knives. That production is now in mainland China.  Thus, the pre-2004 is high sought-after, by collectors.
