Uberti S&W New Model 3 .44 Russian 7″ — Like New, No FFL!

Scarce and minty condition Uberti replica of a Smith & Wesson New Model No. 3 Single Action .44 Russian Contract with 7″ barrel . It features a blue finish, case colored hammer, cylinder latch and finger hook trigger guard. Smooth walnut grips. Manufactured by Uberti, Italy in 1999. (Stamped with date code BM.) These shootable replicas were imported by Navy Arms.  No box or papers are included, but this is a “minty’ nearly-new gun.  This is a perfect replica revolver with correct Cyrillic barrel markings. (See photos.) It is chambered for the obsolete .44 S&W Russian cartridge, which is longer factory-made and not readily available in ordinary channels of commercial trade. That ammo can be handloaded using shortened .44 Special or .44 Magnum brass. Important Note: The relevant Federal law that puts this revolver in the Federal “Antique” category reads: “…any replica of an antique firearm if it is not designed or redesigned for using rimfire or conventional centerfire fixed ammunition, or uses rimfire or conventional centerfire ammunition which is no longer manufactured in the United States, and which is not readily available in ordinary channels of commercial trade.”  – 18 U.S.C. § 921(a)(3), (a)(16).  Thus, NO FFL is required! Just one available.   UPDATE: I am now including an original Navy Arms box, that is for this same model and in good condition, but not serialized to this particular gun.
