A nice condition used Amsport (Miami, Florida) Hawken-style .50 Percussion Single-Shot Rifle, made in Italy.  Has just minor handling/storage/field wear marks. (See photos.)  Nice color casehardening on the lockplate.  (See photos.)  Has a 28″ blued octagonal barrel. Nice rifling and bore condition.  The tip of the ramrod is slightly discolored. Italian walnut stock with fancy brass patch box, containing a spare nipple and cleaning rod tip. Factory adjustable rear sight. Factory double set-triggers! Factory brass buttplate.  Serial 3317X.  This rifle is a good length for deer hunting. And with .50 caliber bullets round balls or minie-balls, it can definitely knock down a mule deer! (PAE-156)
