NIB Schrade Old Timer Fixed Blade Skinner

Classic Pre-2004 New in Factory Box Schrade Old Timer Fixed Bladed 10.4” Skinning Knife. Attributes include 6.5” full tang, stainless steel blade with “SCHRADE U.S.A. 150T” stamped on blade; dark reddish brown buffalo horn grips. with plaque on the grips, inscribed with the words “Old Timer”, and three rivets in the handle. The knife comes with a factory russet leather sheath. This is a large stout skinning knife that can also easily double as a fighting knife. A reliable tool to have in any situation!  (KLB-015)

Note: In July 2004, the year the company celebrated its 100th anniversary, the Schrade factory in Ellenville was closed. The Schrade name was purchased by Taylor Brands, LLC, who continue to manufacture products under the Schrade brand name as well as Old Timer, Uncle Henry, Imperial, and Smith &Wesson  knives. That production is now in mainland China.  Thus, the pre-2004 is high sought-after, by collectors.
